Why a clear meeting point matters

Schiphol is a large, busy airport. Arrivals from many flights reach the same hall around the same time, so having a clear idea of where and how you will meet your ride saves stress, particularly after a long flight.

Before you travel

• Read your booking details carefully for the meeting arrangements.

• Make sure your phone will work in the Netherlands, or plan to use the airport’s free Wi-Fi.
• Keep your flight number and arrival time handy.

After you land

Allow time for passport control and baggage reclaim. This can be quick or slow depending on your flight and the time of day, so do not promise yourself a fixed time until you have your bags.

Schiphol has one main terminal building, with arrivals on the ground floor. Once you have your luggage, follow the signs to the arrivals hall and then use the meeting arrangement in your booking.

If you cannot find your driver
