What to Include When Booking an Airport Transfer
Complete details prevent most problems.
Why details matter
Most problems with airport transfers come from missing or wrong details rather than from the journey itself. A few minutes spent on the booking page saves confusion later.
Flight details
Enter your airline, flight number and scheduled time. For arrivals, the flight number helps with timing if your flight is early or late. For departures, the flight time tells you when you need to be at the airport.
Addresses
- Enter the full street address with house number and postcode.
- Include the hotel or company name.
- For attractions, use the main entrance or car park you are heading to.
- If an address is hard to reach by car, such as a canal street in Amsterdam, ask the host where cars can stop.
Passengers and luggage
Count every passenger, including children, and every bag, including small ones. Mention items such as pushchairs, bicycles, golf clubs, skis or musical instruments, and message us on WhatsApp first if you carry anything oversized.
Contact details
Give a mobile number you can use on WhatsApp. If you are travelling for someone else, add their contact details too.
After booking
Check the confirmation details once. If anything changes, tell us on WhatsApp as soon as you know.
